La base de données interrogeable sur les dossiers de faillites et d'insolvabilité contient :
•  des renseignements de base sur le débiteur pour toutes les faillites et les propositions enregistrées au Canada depuis 1978;
•  toutes les séquestres enregistrées auprès de notre bureau depuis janvier 1993;
•  toutes les pétitions enregistrées auprès de notre bureau;
•  toutes les entreprises qui ont eu droit à une protection en vertu de la Loi sur les arrangements avec les créanciers des compagnies depuis le 18 septembre 2009;

Hi,
Is there a way to obtain a list of individuals who have filed for bankruptcy within a specific province? My company can provide benefits to people who have filed for bankruptcy and I was wondering if this practice is possible.

The protection granted companies by Canada for the identification of who their directors and negligent managers/auditors/monitors are is certainly unjust while some have harassed and even assaulted persons who have suffered fraud committed by those deemed reserve title to ownership of property they promised to maintain to rent to lessees in the future - and some 20 or more years later are attempting to sue the renters whose agreements the owners never kept. There was never an agreement from me to pay for any other person's use or damage of property that I was excluded from and never did get even a guaranteed lease date to check-in. Yet the company claiming to have gained receivership - Northmont Resort Properties - has fraudulently attempted to serve me a subpoena. Some such title holder(s) apparently mis-represented themselves at the time of selling time-share rentals more than 20 years ago - they were already insolvent yet fraudulently sold agreements in future rentals and persistently defaulted. The BC government failed to adequately enforce building codes in the construction phase of Riverside Vacation Villas at Fairmont BC, the structure itself failed and the delusional BC court judges still expect renters who were promised "5 star customer service" to pay for reconstruction of buildings that should have been condemned by incompetent engineers long ago. It is too often incapable of producing just outcomes that are proportional to the problems brought to it or reflective of the needs of the people it is meant to serve." (T. How can I find and see the Statement of Affairs of a person who filed for bankruptcy in 2013 and was discharged in 2014. I have the search identification number and the BIA search result but is a list of all the assets and liabilities reported at the time I am looking for

The bankruptcy search I paid for on line only provided me with a one page result showing the BIA estate file number, the person's name and date of birth and address and the liabilities and assets totals but no full statement of who were the creditors. How do I find that out

Hi,
I am a journalist trying to find out information on individuals who have had multiple insolvency events. While the bankruptcy data is public, its uses are very limited: The publicly available database does not allow a query that would yield a list of individuals with multiple insolvencies. How could I get such public information?
