What Bills are on the table?

I'm too busy to research what parliamentarians are planning to debate.   I'd like emails telling me in advance what bills are before the House of Commons, with links to the the text of the proposed bills, comments from each party as to their reasons for voting for or against, and enough lead time for me to contact my MP and express my input prior to the second reading so my concerns can be included in the parliament debate.  Then, just before the third reading and vote, I'd also like to receive electronic copies that show the changes to the Bill and who proposed them.  After the H of C vote, I'd like to receive advance notice of the senate readings and debates so I can also voice my concerns to senate members in case they have been ignored by the H of C.  If my suggestion is implemented, then I will be a much more informed citizen and would feel that the process of government is indeed "open" to citizens.
