Until we change the Pool system and "Best Fit" to A Merit-based Recruitment and Promotion in Federal Public Service, we should start video-recording of the interviews of the Candidates to avoid possible favouritism by the interviewers not to talk of opening a selection process just to confirm their decision for already selected candidate(s).
