Is there any resources about how this information is collected from the partner organizations? Are all stakeholders who accessed Shared Services asked to provide a ranking? Are the questions asked centrally?

Hi there,
I'm wondering if anyone can tell me how the Quarterly Ratings are calculated?
I see that an 18/19 Q3 rating was provided but not a Oct or Dec rating. They must exist to be able to calculate Q3?

The quarterly average is simply based on the available data points during that quarter. In the case of quarter 3 of the 2018-2019 period, only one data point exist which is November 2018 as the October questionnaire was replaced by the CIO Services Questionnaire and the December questionnaire was replaced by the annual 2018 exercise.
