All analytical tests must be validated for their intended use. In other words, it must be shown that the test is able to measure the intended element. The development and validation of a test method requires a specimen of the element that is to be measured or monitored, in this case the virus and/or its mutations or variants. According to the Biron laboratory and the Laboratoire de santé publique du Québec (LSPQ), there is the virus (SARS-COV-2) and its mutations N501Y, 69-70 and P681R. Indicate the name of the source that provided the pure and isolated specimens of the virus and its mutations. The source of pure and isolated samples, not the isolate, the lysate or the culture.
