Canadian Gridded Temperature Anomalies

Canadian Gridded Temperature Anomalies Gridded monthly, seasonal and annual mean temperature anomalies derived from daily minimum, maximum and mean surface air temperatures (degrees Celsius) is available at a 50km resolution across Canada. The Canadian gridded data (CANGRD) are interpolated from homogenized temperature (i.e., AHCCD datasets). Homogenized temperatures incorporate adjustments to the original station data to account for discontinuities from non-climatic factors, such as instrument changes or station relocation. The anomalies are the difference between the temperature for a given year or season and a baseline value (defined as the average over 1961-1990 as the reference period). The yearly and seasonal temperature anomalies were computed for the years 1948 to 2017. The data will continue to be updated every year. 2022-02-22 Environment and Climate Change Canada ec.ccds.info-info.dscc.ec@canada.ca Nature and EnvironmentScience and Technologytemperature; gridding; interpolation; adjusted; homogenized; anomaly; minimum; maximum; mean; climate; climate changeWeather and ClimateProvide Climate Information Products and ServicesExpand Scientific Knowledge for Climate Monitoring and PredictionNational (CA)ClimateClimate change Adjusted / homogenized climate data ENHTML https://climate-scenarios.canada.ca/index.php?page=homogenized-data Adjusted / homogenized climate data FRHTML https://scenarios-climatiques.canada.ca/index.php?page=homogenized-data View Data MartHTML https://dd.weather.gc.ca/climate/cangrd View Data MartHTML https://dd.meteo.gc.ca/climate/cangrd Climate Data ViewerHTML https://climate-viewer.canada.ca/climate-maps.html Climate Data ViewerHTML https://visualiseur-climatique.canada.ca/cartes-climatiques.html Climate Data Extraction ToolHTML https://climate-change.canada.ca/climate-data/#/historical-gridded-data GeoMet WMS (EN)WMS https://geo.weather.gc.ca/geomet-climate?service=WMS&version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities GeoMet WMS (FR)WMS https://geo.weather.gc.ca/geomet-climate?lang=fr&service=WMS&version=1.3.0&request=GetCapabilities GeoMet WCS (EN)WCS https://geo.weather.gc.ca/geomet-climate?service=WCS&version=2.0.1&request=GetCapabilities GeoMet WCS (FR)WCS https://geo.weather.gc.ca/geomet-climate?lang=fr&service=WCS&version=2.0.1&request=GetCapabilities View ECCC Data Mart (English)HTML http://data.ec.gc.ca/data/climate/scientificknowledge/canadian-gridded-temperature-and-precipitation-anomalies-cangrd/canadian-gridded-temperature-anomalies View ECCC Data Mart (French)HTML http://data.ec.gc.ca/data/climate/scientificknowledge/canadian-gridded-temperature-and-precipitation-anomalies-cangrd/canadian-gridded-temperature-anomalies?lang=fr Data Collection MethodologyPDF http://data.ec.gc.ca/data/climate/scientificknowledge/canadian-gridded-temperature-and-precipitation-anomalies-cangrd/canadian-gridded-temperature-anomalies/Canadian_Gridded_Data_-_READ_ME_Technical_doc_EN.pdf Data Collection MethodologyPDF http://data.ec.gc.ca/data/climate/scientificknowledge/canadian-gridded-temperature-and-precipitation-anomalies-cangrd/canadian-gridded-temperature-anomalies/Canadian_Gridded_Data_-_READ_ME_Technical_doc_FR.pdf
