Canada - 1:5 000 000 (1985)

Canada - 1:5 000 000 (1985) Contained within the Atlas of Canada's Reference Map Series, 1961 to 2010, is a photo-enlargement of a 1: 7 500 000 general reference map (MCR 0128) and has identical content. Both maps show national, provincial and territorial boundaries. Data on the map sheet is restricted to populated places and drainage features. The very extensive set of populated places shows their population (using 1981 Census data). The drainage network corresponds to the ""full drainage"" network used for most National Atlas of Canada, 5th Edition maps. The Canadian land mass is in yellow with shaded relief being used as well. A notable feature is the use of shaded bathymetry. 2022-03-14 Natural Resources Canada geoinfo@nrcan.gc.ca Form DescriptorsGovernment and PoliticsSociety and CultureTransportboundarieslakesoceansrailway networksriversroad networkstopographyurban communities Download English JPG through HTTPJPG https://ftp.geogratis.gc.ca/pub/nrcan_rncan/raster/atlas/eng/reference/canada/mcr_0126.jpg Download English PDF through HTTPPDF https://ftp.geogratis.gc.ca/pub/nrcan_rncan/raster/atlas/eng/reference/canada/mcr_0126.pdf Download French JPG through HTTPJPG https://ftp.geogratis.gc.ca/pub/nrcan_rncan/raster/atlas/fra/reference/canada/mcr_0126.jpg Download French PDF through HTTPPDF https://ftp.geogratis.gc.ca/pub/nrcan_rncan/raster/atlas/fra/reference/canada/mcr_0126.pdf
