Interoperability Maturity Model
In its leadership role as capacity builder in information management and information technology, the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat’s Chief Information Officer Branch (CIOB) is championing the paradigm shift from a siloed service delivery model to a horizontally integrated service delivery model enabled through digital services. The Government of Canada Interoperability Maturity Model (GCIMM) was developed as a product of that effort. The GCIMM was developed with the goal of fostering a mindset of thinking enterprise first and interoperable by default. The GCIMM paints a picture, in broad strokes, of what the GC may look like in the not too distant future of pervasive digital services accessible anywhere, any time, and what it will take to get us there. The GCIMM 1st draft is published here for your review and comments. We look forward to receiving your feedback.
