Thank you for publishing this great data set. As I was investigating this updated data (it says it was last modified 2015.02.19, I accessed it 2016.06.22) and comparing it to the data I downloaded from the same url in 2015 (I think early 2015), I noticed a strange discrepancy in all of the figures.

For example, the 2010 population in the male age 45-49 category was 1060470 (cell E425, as of the early 2015 data), and as of 2016.06.22 the male age 45-49 category had a reported 2010 population of 1178260 (cell E389, 10% jump).

Could someone please explain this discrepancy? Did the old data have errors, or exclude certain provinces?
