Suggested Dataset: List of designated educational institutions

Master List of designated educational institutions containing all the educational institutions where students are eligible to receive Canada Student Loans. This list is currently published in a non-downloadable format here: https://www.canada.ca/en/employment-social-development/programs/post-secondary/designated-schools.html and it would be great if a CSV version were made available through the Open Data Portal.
